As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I always ask people interested in improving their health, “Do you ever feel like you don’t have as much ENERGY as you’re used to? At John Canlas Nutrition, I’ve seen it all. I’ve heard from clients and patients who try to do it on their own, only to keep going through the vicious yo-yo, and diet cycle of gaining weight and losing weight, gaining and losing, and regaining.

The truth is, it’s really hard to change old diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits on your own. Each time you spend time and money on different diets or detoxes that don’t work, you lose trust in yourself and your ability to make it happen.
